Boston Scientific is seeking a Payroll Specialist to drive end-to-end payroll operations across assigned countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The role partners with HR, Finance, and external providers to support standardized payroll processes.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years' experience in multi-country payroll in a GBS/Shared Services environment, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of payroll legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations for assigned countries, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Process payroll transactions, including new hires, separations, promotions, salary adjustments, bonuses, and other compensation changes.
• Perform payroll validation, reconciliations, audits, and analysis to ensure payroll accuracy and data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll legislation, tax regulations, statutory reporting, and employer obligations.
• Coordinate expatriate payroll administration, including tax reporting, tax filings, and related compliance requirements where applicable.
• Review payroll implications of equity compensation transactions and ensure accurate payroll processing.
