The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of multi-country payroll experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business, or related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive payroll operations experience across multiple countries.
• Experience in GBS/Shared Services/COE environments supporting regional payrolls.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with payroll audits and regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations for multiple countries, ensuring on-time payments.
• Process payroll transactions including hires, terminations, promotions, and changes.
• Perform validations, reconciliations, and audits for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, taxes, and reporting obligations.
• Coordinate expatriate payroll administration and related filings where applicable.
• Collaborate with GBS to ensure accurate payroll accounting and reporting.
• Support audits, inquiries, and payroll-related projects.
