The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Services Payroll specialist should have:

  • Experience in a BPO environment (servicing external clients)
  • Exposure to multi-country payroll (Japan experience is a strong advantage)
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with payroll systems, Excel, and HRIS tools
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and client service mindset
