Job summary

Vuly Play is seeking an Executive Head of Global Operations to provide strategic leadership and governance across its international operational footprint. You will lead and coach a global team of ROMs, overseeing inventory planning, 3PL warehousing, fulfilment, and customer experience, while driving system integrations and continuous improvement across regions.

The role requires 8-10+ years of progressive operational leadership, deep experience with WMS/ERP/FMS, and a track record of improving

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading global operations across multi-site warehousing and freight networks.
• Strong analytical capability to diagnose root causes and implement lasting solutions.
• Experience negotiating 3PL and carrier contracts and auditing vendor performance.
• Experience managing P&L, unit economics, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of Regional Operations Managers driving local execution across inventory planning, warehousing, fulfilment, freight, and customer experience.
• Perform deep-dive diagnostics of operational bottlenecks and translate findings into permanent SOPs.
• Guide regions through Crawl, Walk, and Run phases, including ERP/WMS integration, SLA audits, and network optimisation.
• Audit freight charges and contract terms to protect margins and lead negotiations with 3PLs and carriers.
• Serve as final escalation point for severe disruptions and present root-cause options to COO/CEO.
