Job summary

Businesslist is seeking a results-oriented Operations Analyst to support regional supply chain and customer operations. You will analyze performance data, drive process improvements, and assist with KPI reporting and analytics.

The role offers hybrid work, access to learning programs, and exposure to Asia Pacific stakeholders within a globally recognized multinational. You will coordinate UAT, document processes, and support change initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Operations, or related functions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with KPI reporting or performance management.
• Exposure to process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience supporting projects, UAT, or business transformation.
• SAP or ERP system experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Support and drive operational excellence initiatives across regional business operations
• Analyze operational performance data and identify process improvement opportunities
• Support KPI reporting, performance measurement, and operational analytics activities
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system enhancements, and business change initiatives
• Participate in regional projects aimed at improving efficiency and service delivery
• Develop, review, and maintain process documentation and knowledge materials
• Support issue resolution relating to operational processes and system
• Work closely with regional stakeholders to ensure process compliance and operational effectiveness
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice implementation

The Successful Applicant

• 2-6 years of experience within Supply Chain, Customer Operations, Order Management, Process Improvement, or related functions
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience working with operational processes, KPI reporting, or performance management activities
• Exposure to process improvement, continuous improvement, or operational excellence initiatives would be advantageous
• Experience supporting projects, systems enhancements, UAT, or business transformation activities is preferred
• SAP or ERP system experience would be an added advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
