Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an NPI Transition Manager to lead the Program Leadership team in developing and executing full value stream, new product introduction and transition programs across global regions.

You will guide customers and Plexus leadership in program planning, ensure on-time delivery, manage resources and KPIs, and foster growth through mentoring and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering Solutions, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 10 years of related experience required; 5 years in equivalent industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development abilities.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• General knowledge of manufacturing, materials, finance, and program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Program Leadership team and develop talent.
• Align Plexus leaders across Engineering Solutions, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Manage program KPIs: cost, schedule, delivery, and quality.
• Oversee funnel management for new opportunities in the region.
• Staff resources and manage regional service center costs and P&L.
