Job summary

Dyson is seeking an Operations Project Lead in its New Product Operations team to drive end-to-end delivery of new products across global supply chains. This individual contributor will coordinate manufacturing engineering, tooling, procurement, production planning, and after-sales inputs to industrialize products and ensure on-time market delivery.

You will lead transformational change initiatives, manage CAPEX budgets for multiple projects, and partner with senior stakeholders to optimize ways

Qualifications

• Degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification required.
• Professional body membership is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional GSC Global supply chain project team for new products.
• Coordinate introduction of new processes in the OPM function.
• Drive management of budgets, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare project status reports and ensure timely delivery to plan.
