Job summary

Dyson Malaysia is seeking a Mobile Telephony Team Manager to lead global mobile telephony services and costs, ensuring policy compliance and reporting accuracy.

You will govern mobile billing, tariffs, roaming, device/SIM usage, supplier charges, and identify cost-saving opportunities, working with Workplace Technology Services, ITSMO, Finance, Procurement, HR, Security, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mobile telephony/expense team to deliver consistent operational performance, strong service outcomes, accurate reporting, and measurable cost optimization.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, coaching, and performance management for team members.
• Own the day-to-day governance and control of mobile telephony services across the global estate.
• Maintain clear visibility of mobile services, users, numbers, SIMs, devices, tariffs, billing profiles, and supplier arrangements.
• Analyze mobile usage, roaming, billing, tariff data to identify trends, risks, and savings.
• Drive mobile telephony cost optimization without compromising service quality or legitimate business needs.
