ANTA Sports Products Limited is seeking a seasoned Merchandising professional to manage end-to-end product lifecycle from planning to store operations and cross-border wholesale coordination.

You will lead product selection, allocation, and inventory optimization while supporting international accounts and ensuring on-time delivery across regions. English fluency and strong analytical skills are essential for data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in merchandising/buying/planning within retail or brand-side environments (apparel/footwear preferred).
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables & VLOOKUP.
• Excellent written and spoken English for international interfacing.
• Familiarity with ERP or BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly OTB budgets, product structure plans, and assortment mix for the assigned unit.
• Handle initial allocation plans, replenishment, and cross-store transfers to optimize inventory.
• Interface with international wholesale clients for product selection, orders, and delivery coordination.
• Track KPIs across omni-channels and generate regular business reviews to optimize strategies.
