Job summary

MAP Active Asia is seeking a merchandising professional to lead brand product performance, including sales, margins and inventory alignment with targets. The role covers brand strategy, merchandising planning, budget management, collection setup, store allocation and performance reviews across channels.

You will analyze forecasts and weekly/monthly sales data, coordinate with marketing for launches and campaigns, and ensure wholesale coverage. Strong retail merchandising experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Management, Business, or Accounting.
• 3–5 years merchandising experience in retail.
• Knowledge of brand performance and sales analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for brand product performance including sales, margin and inventory targets.
• Handle brand strategy, guidelines, vision, merchandising plan, budget and collection setup.
• Analyze sales forecasts and report product sales performance weekly and monthly.
• Liaise with marketing for product launches, website updates and campaigns.
• Liaise with wholesale for channel coverage across products and deliveries.
• Monitor shifts in customer behavior to surface brand insights.
