Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Global Market Engagement Senior Analyst to support provider market engagement activities across the Health Organization and Commercial teams. You will help with client retention, sales enablement, and market differentiation by delivering strategic insights, communications, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, communications, marketing or related field.
• Minimum three years of healthcare industry experience, preferably in international health insurance or related functions.
• Minimum one year of client-facing or stakeholder engagement experience.
• Experience leading projects, workstreams, and reporting activities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Market Engagement initiatives that drive client retention and commercial growth.
• Manage Market Engagement projects and deliverables with timely execution and stakeholder updates.
• Develop scorecards, dashboards, analyses, and recurring communications for leadership.
• Coordinate governance activities, action plans, and progress tracking across teams.
• Build relationships with Commercial, Client Management, Broker, and Health Organization stakeholders.
• Lead provider-related contributions for RFPs, bids, tenders, and client retention efforts.
