Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in import/export/logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the logistics business through Transportation Management.
• Act as liaison with transportation providers, vendors, and logistics team.
• Research and resolve orders using SAP and OC systems.
• Track and trace orders with daily reporting on disruptions.
• Prepare documentation and export/import declarations.
• Coordinate shipping activity with OCs and vendors.
• Provide accurate billing information to accounting.
• Communicate with customers on freight disposition.
• Seek profitable shipment modes while meeting customer requirements.
