Job summary

OKX in Kuala Lumpur seeks a legal/compliance professional to handle inquiries from international authorities with prompt, high-quality responses. You will maintain professional communication and coordinate with global stakeholders.

You will liaise with compliance, risk and customer service teams, keep up-to-date product knowledge, and nurture relationships with external partners while supporting the Legal Response function and participating in projects as needed; rotational shifts enable 24x7

Qualifications

• A degree in law / compliance or related field is required.
• Excellent communication and writing skills and detail orientation.
• Willing to work on a rotational shift to support 24x7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Attending to inquiries from legal authorities and legal representatives globally with high service levels.
• Liaising with compliance, risk and customer service teams and escalating when appropriate.
• Maintaining knowledge of company products to communicate effectively with external stakeholders.
• Building strong relationships with partners and external stakeholders.
• Escalating unresolved issues to Supervisors per procedures.
• Support the enhancement of the Legal Response function.
• Participate in specific projects as they arise.
