Job summary

Beyondsoft is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to support a global provider of network, digital and IT services. The role is aligned with the client’s Bangsar office in Malaysia and focuses on customer-facing project management activities.

You will lead integration, scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications and procurement management across multiple projects, engaging with executives and stakeholders in a virtual matrix environment. Fluency in Japanese and English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience communicating with senior and executive levels.
• Fluent in Japanese and English (verbal and written).
• Experience managing 3 projects in Network Systems Integration, Cloud Solutions, UC&C, Contact Center, or IoT.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Project Charter with sponsor sign-off.
• Ensure a project plan is prepared and maintained.
• Direct and manage project execution.
• Monitor and control project work.
• Manage change requests and integrate into the plan.
• Close the project or phase when activities are completed.
• Deliver outcomes per the project scope and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Report progress to the sponsor and liaise with business units.
