Job summary

DHL IT Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic IT initiatives across regions. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate objectives into actionable plans, manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies, and ensure outcomes deliver measurable business value.

Our teams leverage Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with PM tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.

Qualifications

10+ years of project management experience leading large-scale IT initiatives.
Proven track record delivering business-critical IT programs with measurable impact.
Experience managing senior stakeholders, including influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution.
Strong leadership within multicultural, global environments and matrix teams.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and delivery governance.
Solid commercial and financial acumen relevant to project execution.

Responsibilities

Budgeting: estimate costs, set budgets, track expenses.
Risk management: identify risks early and develop mitigations.
Team management: assign tasks based on skills and ensure performance.
