Job summary

BIZLINK INTERCONNECT TECHNOLOGY ( INDIA ) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a senior IT project manager to lead and deliver large, international ISIT initiatives from initiation through closure. You will drive scope, timelines, budgets and resources while coordinating cross‑functional teams across countries and time zones.

The role requires 8–10 years in IT project management, PMP certification, and fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business Admin or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex international ISIT projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions.
• Monitor project progress, budget, resources, risks, quality, and key milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional and international teams across different countries and time zones.
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, consultants, contracts, and implementation partners.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, Steering Committees, and management updates.
• Manage project risks, issues, changes, escalations, and dependencies.
• Ensure proper project documentation, handover, knowledge transfer, and project closure.
• Support and improve ISIT PMO governance, standards, templates, and processes
