Job summary

Keysight is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Global Inventory Program Lead in Penang to drive inventory planning, reporting, and optimization initiatives across Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, COE and Finance.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, lead inventory projects to improve turns and working capital, and partner with cross-functional teams to reduce excess inventory. Strong MS Excel/Power BI skills and a degree are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, planning, procurement, manufacturing or related disciplines in High Tech environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
Proficiency in analytic tools and MS365 tools e.g Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
Experience with AI tools such as CoPilot, ChatGPT or Claude is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert in inventory management and provide strategic insights to leadership.
Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve inventory goals.
Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to improve inventory turns and working capital performance.
Responsible for inventory projections, performance reporting and stakeholder communications.
Analyze inventory trends and correlations to supply chain levers for improvement opportunities.
Communicate inventory risks, opportunities, and recommendations to stakeholders.
