RHB Bank Berhad is seeking an Audit Lead to join its Group Internal Audit division. You will lead risk-based audits across domestic and international operations, strengthening internal controls and driving enhancements.

The role requires strong governance, risk management expertise and the ability to guide junior team members. A focus on integrity, professional standards and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Management or Economics.
• ACCA, CPA, ISCA, or CIMA are highly preferred.
• 7–8 years of experience in internal audit, risk, or compliance, preferably in banking.

Aufgaben

• Plan, lead and manage risk-based audits in accordance with the Audit Plan and Methodology.
• Execute audits within defined timelines, budgets and resources.
• Review findings, root causes and control weaknesses; propose actionable improvements.
• Draft comprehensive audit reports presenting risks and recommendations.
