Job summary

RHB Investment Bank Berhad is seeking an accomplished Audit Lead, Malaysia & Regional Ops (Vice President) to plan, execute, and manage risk-based audits that strengthen internal controls across the Group. You will lead audit teams, review risk assessments, allocate resources, and present findings, driving governance, risk management, and operational excellence across Malaysia and regional operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of audit experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
• CIA/CPA/ACCA/CISA certification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage risk-based audits per the approved Audit Plan and Methodology.
• Lead audits across Malaysia and regional operations with quality and compliance.
• Review risk assessments and develop risk-based audit programs.
• Allocate resources to audits to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Prepare and review audit reports; present findings to Management.
