Job summary

Monks, the global digital-first brand of S4 Capital, is seeking an Intercompany Accountant based in Kuala Lumpur to own end-to-end intercompany accounting across entities in the region, using NetSuite OneWorld to reconcile positions and minimize FX risk.

You will collaborate with R2R, Controllership, and Group Treasury, prepare journal entries, resolve mismatches, and support auditors with clear balance sheet documentation; fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualifications preferred.
• 2+ years of corporate accounting experience in shared services or multi-entity environment.
• Experience with NetSuite OneWorld and intercompany transactions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end intercompany accounting processes across entities in the region.
• Reconcile intercompany positions and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and post intercompany journal entries with proper justifications.
• Investigate and clear intercompany mismatches to prevent aged imbalances.
• Collaborate with Intercompany and R2R teams across global sites to ensure alignment.
