Job summary

NOVA WING SDN. BHD. is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator collaborations and brand partnerships across global markets.

You will source influencers, manage campaigns, and drive measurable marketing results while aligning with brand positioning. Responsibilities include end-to-end campaign management, negotiation, content briefings, performance tracking, and developing opportunities in Beauty, Electronics, Fashion, and Lifestyle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, brand partnerships, business development, social media marketing, or related roles.
• Good understanding of major global social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, Xiaohongshu.
• Experience in influencer sourcing, outreach, negotiation, campaign execution, and relationship management.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, problem solving and project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize future campaigns.
• Fluent in English and Chinese both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage influencers, creators, KOLs/KOCs, and MCN partners across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, Xiaohongshu.
• Build and maintain an influencer database across key markets, industries, and creator tiers.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiation, briefing, content review, publishing schedules, execution, and performance tracking.
• Work with creators to develop content that aligns with brand positioning, campaign goals, and audience needs.
• Develop brand partnership opportunities, with a focus on Beauty and Consumer Electronics/3C, as well as Fashion, FMCG, Gaming, and Lifestyle.
• Communicate with clients and partners to understand their objectives and propose suitable influencer marketing or brand collaboration solutions.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to improve reach, engagement, conversion, ROI, and overall campaign effectiveness.
