Job summary

Dyson Institute, a global technology education and innovation hub, seeks a Senior OD Partner – HR Operational & Process Excellence to drive continuous improvement and governance of global HR processes. You will simplify the operating model, increase automation, and enable AI-enabled HR capabilities to enhance performance, data quality, and user experience.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in Human resources.
• Experience with enterprise HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and governance of global HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to remove complexity, increase automation, and enable AI-enabled capabilities.
• Partner with HR operations to define, monitor, and report on operational KPIs and data quality.
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and capability building to embed operational excellence.
