Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years (with Secondary education) or 4 years (with University Degree) of relevant experience in human resources management services.
• Familiarity with UNDP operating and reporting systems and ERP experience is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and office software packages.
• Knowledge of UN HR policies and their application is desirable.
• Strong analytical, organizational and collaborative skills; ability to deliver in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate HR administrative services for various contract types (FTA, PSA, CTC, interns) across regions.
• Administer staff benefits, including leave, medical insurance, pension contributions and allowances.
• Analyze workforce data and prepare HR reports and presentations.
• Advise on Performance Appraisal Reports and manage performance processes.
• Coordinate HR technology projects, system updates and user guides.
• Lead Insurance administration for UNU staff health plans and related policies.
• Coordinate with administrative and finance teams on cross-functional issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
