Job summary

KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking an International Patient Coordinator to guide overseas patients through the end-to-end journey, from enquiry to follow-up, liaising with consultants, clinics and hospital departments to ensure a seamless experience.

You will support the Health Tourism team with patient conversion, partner coordination and attendance at exhibitions, roadshows and events, travelling as required to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality, healthcare management, business administration, tourism, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or international patient coordination preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and customer service skills may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international patient enquiries and appointment arrangements with consultants and departments.
• Support patient journey from arrival to discharge, including registration and billing liaison.
• Maintain records, track referrals, and provide updates to partners and agents.
• Assist Health Tourism team during exhibitions, roadshows, and partner engagements.
• Travel locally or internationally as required for programmes.
