• Define and own process engineering excellence standards across oils and fats refining, with hands-on support for complex technical challenges.
• Deploy structured process tools—root cause problem solving, control optimisation, and loss analysis—embedded into daily site routines.
• Drive staged deployment from pilot to multi-site scale with sustained adoption.
• Integrate process data with digital teams to move sites from reactive firefighting to proactive performance.
• Build a sustainable internal process expert network through coaching, capability pathways, and governance standards.
