Qualifications

• Master's degree or related field as listed in the qualifications.
• 5+ years in Production/Operations/Supply Chain within semiconductor or related industries.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and operational excellence.
• Experience leading complex global projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to translate operational challenges into business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key interface between business organizations and manufacturing stakeholders.
• Develop and execute production management strategies for MOS products.
• Lead global product transfer projects as a project manager.
• Support ramp-up activities and ensure product lifecycle performance.
• Own post-qualification activities including governance and change management.
• Lead product transfer initiatives within the assigned portfolio.
• Support deviation management and drive corrective actions.
• Define supply chain and production concepts integrating logistics requirements.
• Identify productivity improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Drive productivity programs across Front-End and Back-End sites.
• Use data analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Build partnerships with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality.
• Contribute to profitability through sustainable operational improvements.
