Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security team lead/supervisor experience required.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware, networking, and database management.
• Excellent command of English (both written and oral), proficiency in other languages is a plus.

• Lead the team for daily operations of client GSOC.
• Manage problem resolution, service enhancement, and operational effectiveness.
