Job summary

Multi-Trans Sdn Bhd is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive to join our logistics team in Port Klang, Malaysia. You will prepare accurate and competitive freight quotations for overseas customers and agents, handle pricing inquiries, and support the sales process with timely and cost-effective logistics solutions.

Collaborate with shipping lines, co-loaders, and internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Hands-on experience in preparing freight quotations is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of freight pricing, shipping lines and local vendors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, competitive freight quotations for overseas customers and agents.
• Handle quotation requests independently and meet deadlines.
• Respond to inquiries from overseas customers and partners.
• Source and negotiate freight rates with shipping lines and other providers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication.
• Maintain knowledge of market freight rates and industry trends to support pricing.
• Ensure quotations are accurate and aligned with company standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with overseas agents and customers.
