Job summary

Razer is seeking a Fraud & Transaction Monitoring Specialist to safeguard payment platforms globally. You will monitor, investigate, and mitigate fraud across Fiuu/RMS channels, collaborating with Fraud Management, Compliance, Merchant Management, Operations, Technology, and partners.

Analyze transaction data, IP/device signals, and merchant activity to identify patterns, escalate incidents, and support rule tuning and containment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, banking, IT, CS, business administration or data analytics.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Fraud, Risk, Operations, Banking, Payments, Compliance or Investigation.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Knowledge of transaction monitoring and fraud investigation.
• Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and investigative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fraud and suspicious activities across payment channels and merchants.
• Review and investigate fraud alerts, suspicious transactions, merchant escalations, and notifications.
• Analyze transaction, IP, device, card, merchant, and behavioural data to identify patterns and exposure.
• Monitor high-risk merchants and support investigations, settlement holds, and restrictions.
• Support fraud rule development, tuning, testing, and optimization.
• Investigate and respond to fraud-related cases with partners.
• Escalate significant incidents and support containment and root-cause analysis.
• Prepare fraud and monitoring reports with trends and control effectiveness.
• Maintain complete investigation records and support audits and compliance.
