Job summary

BD in Kuala Lumpur seeks an FP&A/BP&A professional to act as a subject matter expert for planning and reporting, emphasizing SAP BPC and related systems. You will support regional finance initiatives and deliver standard and ad-hoc reports, collaborating with global teams and ensuring data accuracy.

The role requires 3+ years in FP&A/Account­ing in a multinational context, with strong Excel skills, English fluency, and a bias for continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A/BP&A or Accounting experience, preferably in a multinational or matrixed environment.
• Experience in a COE, shared services, or regional/global finance setup is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Act as an SME for BP&A planning and reporting processes, with focus on SAP BPC and related finance systems.
• Support global and regional finance initiatives, including reporting standardization and system enhancements.
• Partner with global, regional, and country finance teams to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Drive vendor governance and SLA reporting; participate in continuous improvement projects.
