CBRE Global Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in Malaysia will lead a team delivering financial planning, analysis, and reporting for operations. The role emphasizes short- and long-term forecasting, P&L, cash flow and balance sheet insights to guide strategic decisions.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, and ensure timely, accurate financial insights while upholding CBRE's RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.
• Ability to convey complex information, set performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team and impact quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Well-organized with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for percentages, fractions, and financial calculations.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervision to employees; monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; set and track staff deadlines.
• Support budgeting and forecasting and prepare clear reporting and insights.
• Perform financial studies and duties as assigned by management.
• Lead detailed P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet analysis to identify trends and risks.
• Participate in development of accounting policies and procedures as required.
• Consult with management on financial policies and applications.
• Ensure priorities and deadlines are met.
• Contribute to projects related to pricing, project cost tracking, and long-term planning.
• Model behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values and influence stakeholders.
