Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2–3 years hands-on fixed asset accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of fixed asset lifecycle and GAAP/IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end fixed asset processes (additions, transfers, retirements) with accurate docs.
• Maintain a complete fixed asset register with proper classification and tracking.
• Reconcile fixed asset data between operations and accounting systems; resolve discrepancies.
• Calculate and post monthly depreciation; review useful lives and policies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual fixed asset reports including roll-forwards.
• Assist audits with documentation, explanations, and reconciliation support.
• Develop fixed asset policies, SOPs, and internal controls to improve accuracy.
• Ensure IFRS/US GAAP/local GAAP compliance for capitalization and disposals.
