Job summary

GrowthOps Asia seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead the global finance function, reporting to the Global CFO. You will modernize finance with AI, consolidate FP&A, audit, and treasury, and scale the team across markets as the company expands post Series B.

You will own budgeting, reporting, and financial strategy, partnering with product, sales, and tech to optimize pricing and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• CFA and/or MBA is a bonus.
• Ten or more years of progressive financial experience, with a significant portion gained in‑house post‑qualification.
• Demonstrable experience building finance functions, systems, or teams from scratch.
• Genuine adoption of AI in a finance context, with evidence of automating real workflows.

Responsibilities

• Financial strategy and planning for aggressive growth targets.
• Own annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.
• Build investor‑grade financial reporting and communications.
• Lead group‑wide financial operations: accounting, treasury, tax, payroll.
• Oversee external audit and regulatory compliance.
• Drive AI‑native finance transformation and workflow automation.
• Support expansion into new markets with scalable finance infrastructure.
