Cochlear Limited is seeking a Director, Finance & Operations for Asia Growth Markets. You will partner with the General Manager and regional leaders to shape strategy, drive growth, and ensure robust financial governance across multiple markets.

You will lead forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and process improvements, building capability while delivering commercial insights and operational excellence to support Cochlear's life-changing technology across Asia.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience leading finance/operations in multinational environments.
• Experience with financial planning, governance, and performance management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional business performance with the GM and leadership team.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and business reviews for Asia Growth Markets.
• Oversee financial governance, reporting, audits and compliance.
• Improve working capital, inventory management and financial controls.
• Develop people and capabilities to build a high-performing team.
