Job summary

You will oversee transport planning, documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with freight forwarders and regulators to ensure smooth international shipments. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in export logistics, strong leadership, and proven negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in export logistics or related field.
• Strong knowledge of export procedures, shipping docs, and customs clearance.
• Experience negotiating freight rates and freight forwarder service agreements.
• Ability to develop SOPs, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leadership experience managing a team.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end export logistics operations and planning.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage documentation, customs clearance, and shipment compliance.
• Monitor KPIs, drive process improvements, and ensure on-time shipments.
• Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and procurement teams.
• Lead and develop the export logistics team.
