NI Malaysia Sdn Bhd, part of Emerson's Test & Measurement family, seeks an export control specialist to manage day-to-day screening and high-risk orders under U.S. EAR, Taiwan SHTC, and Malaysia STA, collaborating with sales and compliance teams.

The role involves collecting EUS documents, escalating issues, supporting audits, and assisting in SOP development, with strong attention to detail and regulatory learning.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Understanding of export control regulations across jurisdictions.
• Ability to manage small projects and drive process improvements.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Perform day-to-day operations for export control screening of high-risk orders under applicable regulations (U.S. EAR, Taiwan SHTC, Malaysia STA).
• Screen holds using auto-screening tools and collect End User Statements when required.
• Escalate high-risk orders to global management with analysis.
• Review customer backgrounds daily based on screening criteria.
• Prepare documents for export license applications and track approvals.
• Support compliance audits for distributors and partners.
• Draft internal export compliance SOPs aligned with daily practices.
• Review RPL inquiries raised by Sales and Services teams.
• Deliver export control training to internal customers.
