Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international trade, business, supply chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customs compliance, KYC/due diligence, logistics, trade ops, or related function.
• Strong written English for audit-ready documentation.
• Analytical skills with attention to ownership structures and discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently with a U.S.-based manager.
• Familiarity with SAP/GTS workflows and restricted-party screening.
• Exposure to EAR, OFAC, or Malaysia’s Strategic Trade Act.
• Experience with HTS or ECCN classification concepts.
• Background in semiconductor, electronics, technology, medical device, logistics, or multinational shared-services sectors.

• Review and clear compliance holds in SAP/GTS to keep transactions moving.
• Review End-Use Statements for red flags and diversion risk.
• Trace ownership to ultimate parent to identify control by country.

• Prepare ECCN packages for review with complete technical data.
• Maintain audit-ready records of screening decisions and findings.
