Job summary

Binance is seeking a proactive Global Events Intern to support across the full event lifecycle, from research and planning to onsite execution and post-event reporting.

You will work closely with experienced event managers on a range of activities including coordination, ticketing, venue research, social media engagement, swag and onsite operations. The role emphasizes ownership and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced, global team.

• Adaptive to flexible working hours and remote collaboration.
• Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Global Event Marketing team on all event related duties.
• Event coordination for both large and small scale events; provide on-site support as needed.
• Support ticketing, registration and guest list management with stakeholders and vendors.
• Assist with venue, vendor and market research across different countries and regions.
• Support event logistics including schedules, attendee information and materials.
• Develop creative event activation ideas to boost participation and social content.
• Support data entry, event reporting and post-event analysis.
• Collaborate with team across time zones to ensure smooth execution.
