Randstad Malaysia seeks a Global ERP Cutover Lead to own end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of cutover activities for the new ERP platform. The role centers on a high-visibility, international project with cross-functional teams across countries and time zones.

Based preferably in the Netherlands, you will define the master execution schedule, lead rehearsals, manage data migrations, and drive successful go-lives while partnering with the ERP Deployment Lead and Hypercare Lead.

Competenze

• Proven experience in SAP ERP implementations and global cutovers.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

• Define and run an integrated cutover strategy across technical, functional, and operational requirements.
• Lead mock cutover rehearsals, align timelines and resources, manage data migrations and system transitions.
• Identify risks early, implement mitigations, and provide rapid issue resolution during go-live phases.

about the job

As the Global ERP Cutover Lead, you will own the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of cutover activities to transition our operations seamlessly to the new ERP platform. Based preferably in the Netherlands, this high-visibility global project role places you at the center of our digital transformation.

• Cutover Strategy & Planning: Define and run an integrated cutover strategy incorporating technical, functional, and operational requirements into a master execution schedule.
• Execution & Rehearsals: Lead mock cutover rehearsals, align timelines and resource allocations, and manage data migrations, system transitions, and business process shifts.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential cutover risks early, implement mitigation plans, and provide rapid problem resolution during critical go-live phases.
• Hypercare & Continuous Improvement: Partner with the Hypercare Lead to provide post-go-live support and capture lessons learned to optimize future rollout waves.
• Qualifications: Proven SAP ERP implementation experience, strong data migration knowledge, and project management expertise (PMP/PRINCE2 preferred).

You will collaborate closely with key leaders across the organization including the ERP Deployment Lead, ERP Hypercare Lead, and regional deployment heads globally. Operating across multiple countries and time zones, you will lead diverse, cross-functional teams in a agile and flexible environment, balancing a complex change plan while keeping the ongoing business running smoothly.
