Job summary

Arista Networks in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a seasoned EMS Partner Manager to lead and optimize collaboration with global electronics manufacturing services partners. You will drive cost, quality, delivery, inventory, and capacity alignment across the supply chain and support strategic RFQs and NPI activities.

The role requires 5–8 years in manufacturing/supply chain, strong analytical and Excel skills, and residency in Penang with legal work rights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, operations, supplier management, or program management.
• Experience with contract manufacturers and global supply chains.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Must be based in Penang with legal work rights.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day and strategic engagement with EMS partners on cost, quality, delivery, inventory, capacity, and performance.
• Support RFQs, manufacturing award decisions, and volume allocation through financial and capacity analysis.
• Monitor MVA performance and assist in cost negotiations with benchmarking and savings tracking.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing spend reporting, spend split analysis, and cost reduction tracking.
• Coordinate the QBR process with scorecards, executive presentations, and action tracking.
• Analyze manufacturing competitiveness across sites to improve cost, scalability, and efficiency.
• Support NPI manufacturing strategy, site selection, readiness reviews, and ramp activities.
• Drive issue resolution with partners and internal stakeholders across supply chain, quality, and fulfillment.
• Monitor performance against commitments and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
