Job summary

CanGlory Education and NovaLearn are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Executive Relations Manager to bridge our executive leadership with marketing teams and international clients across SE Asia, North America, and Europe. The role involves extensive travel with the Chairman and high-stakes meetings, while driving deal closures and managing key documentation.

You will lead demonstrations of our AIM Suite, AI Mentor, and Moodle LMS, coordinate cross‑functional operations with marketing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Exceptional public speaking and presentation abilities, with confidence to pitch to executives.
• High EQ and cultural awareness for diverse international stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail with drafting professional agreements (MOUs, MOAs, contracts).
• Willingness to undertake frequent international travel across SEA and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in advance with potential educational and corporate clients for needs-based pitches.
• Deliver expert-level presentations and demos of AIM Suite, AI Mentor, and Moodle LMS.
• Draft and prepare client documents including Q quotations, contracts, MOUs, MOAs.
• Accompany the Chairman on business trips, manage itineraries and meetings.
• Maintain follow-up pipelines with international leads to secure deals and close successfully.
