Job summary

Reolink is seeking an e-commerce specialist to manage and optimize our online storefronts across Australia, Europe and the US market. You will ensure smooth daily operations and maximize storefront performance.

Your responsibilities include writing product titles and descriptions, keyword research, pricing and promotional campaigns, order fulfillment, and data-driven sales optimization while adhering to platform policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of marketplace policies (Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and optimize performance.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cross-border e-commerce for Australia/Europe/US markets is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce storefronts across multiple platforms with a focus on Australia and Europe & US markets.
• Upload product listings with optimized titles, descriptions and item specifics for target markets.
• Conduct keyword research and listing optimization to improve visibility and conversion rates.
• Plan and execute promotional strategies tailored to target markets to drive traffic and sales.
• Monitor and process customer orders, coordinating fulfillment to meet platform standards.
• Track and analyze sales performance, traffic and conversion data and optimize product and pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with each platform's policies and guidelines to safeguard account health.
