Reolink is seeking an experienced e-commerce specialist to manage Amazon storefronts and multi-channel platforms from Kuala Lumpur. You will upload products, craft accurate English descriptions, and publish listings across global marketplaces.

You will optimize listings with Seller Hub tools and marketing strategies to boost visibility and conversions. Responsibilities include order processing, performance tracking, and ensuring timely fulfillment while maintaining high seller ratings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of Amazon sales and platform experience; proficient in listing rules and Seller Hub workflows.
• Thorough understanding of eBay policies and Cassini search engine; ability to resolve disputes and safeguard company interests.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain Amazon storefronts, the official website, and other multi-channel platforms.
• Upload products, edit English descriptions and categorizations, develop marketing plans, and publish listings across Amazon's global marketplace sites.
• Optimize Amazon stores and product listings; utilize platform marketing tools and sales techniques to enhance exposure and conversion rates.
• Process customer orders, track order progress, and ensure timely fulfillment in compliance with handling times and tracking standards.
• Analyze sales data regularly; adjust strategies based on GMV, CTR, and advertising ROI.
• Maintain store policies, service metrics, and guidelines to uphold positive seller ratings and store reputation.
