Job summary

Osstem Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. invites an Intern (Sales Support and Administration) to assist the sales and admin teams in Kuala Lumpur. You will prepare sales materials, update customer databases, schedule appointments, and help maintain CRM records as part of a multinational dental company.

Starting Sept/Oct, you will receive training and an allowance, with opportunities to collaborate on marketing campaigns and data-entry tasks, potentially leading to a full-time role for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or possessing a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business Admin/Marketing or related program.
• Minimum 6 months internship, starting Sept/Oct onwards.
• Training and allowance will be provided.
• Own transport for commuting (if any).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and assist with sales materials.
• Update customer databases and schedule appointments.
• Maintain and update customer records and CRM data.
• Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and events.
• Handle data entry, document preparation, filing and ad-hoc tasks.

Skills

Strong communication in English

Bahasa Malaysia

Mandarin (preferred)

Education

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business Admin/Marketing or relevant program
