Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking a Data Management Analyst on a 6-month contract in Malaysia to support data maintenance in Finance. The role emphasizes accurate master data processing, KPI reporting, and adherence to SLAs within the GDO Data Office.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor degree in Commerce, 1–2 years of accounting experience, and familiarity with SAP or Oracle, with strong English communication and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Commerce or equivalent.
• 1–2 years accounting work experience.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply (Part Time ACCA/CIMA).
• Experience with SAP/Oracle or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Experience in a shared services center preferred.
• Proficient in English; Japanese language optional where required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver master data processing within defined guidelines and SLAs.
• Resolve Local Country inquiries for DMT function.
• Carry out master data requests accurately and within timescales.
• Develop and update process documentation.
• Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders.
• Support team lead and KPIs/SOX/compliance activities.
