Job summary

Shanghai BSF Human Resources Co., Ltd is assisting a high-tech data center EPC/ICT leader in Kuala Lumpur to hire a Commercial Assistant. The role will focus on commercial tracking, tender support, and coordination with local subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery.

You will prepare proposals, manage contracts and invoices, liaise with enterprise clients and government bodies, and handle import clearance and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, QS, International Trade, or related disciplines.
• 2–3 years of commercial, procurement, or project assistant experience; Data Center/EPC/ICT experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with import/export logistics advantageous.
• Highly organized with detail orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
• English and Mandarin proficiency required; Bahasa Malaysia a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial proposals, tender documents, and project quotations for large-scale data center projects.
• Track project contracts, milestone billings, invoices, and payments with clients and sub-contractors.
• Coordinate with local sub-contractors and suppliers, collecting and analyzing quotations.
• Maintain liaison with enterprise clients, local government agencies, and utility suppliers.
• Support equipment import clearance coordination, local engineering license documentation, and general office admin.
