Job summary

DHL Express in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia invites energetic interns to join the Certified International Specialist program. You will assist the CS transformation team with process improvements, analytics, and digitalization initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in a global logistics leader.

This internship targets students in business, logistics, data analytics or IT, offering exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, SQL and real project work.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, or process improvement methodologies is an added advantage.
• Minimum internship duration of 3-6 months is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support CS transformation initiatives including process improvement, analytics, and UAT for upcoming Unified Omni.
• Provide hands-on exposure to CS transformation projects and increase team productivity.
