Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology leadership roles.
• Proven CTO/VP/Chief Architect experience in high-concurrency platforms.
• Hands-on with modern tech stacks (Go, Java, Rust, Node.js).
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute a long-term technology roadmap to support rapid growth.
• Architect low-latency, high-concurrency microservices and real-time analytics platforms.
• Lead cloud-native infrastructure engineering ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, data security, and risk management across markets.
