Job summary

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Platform Architect to drive the design and evolution of scalable enterprise platforms. This role will bridge business and technology, translating complex business requirements into robust architectural solutions while leading cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Data, and Operations teams. This is a high-impact position for someone who enjoys solving complex system challenges, driving platformization initiatives, and influencing technology direction across multiple products and services.

Key responsibilities

Gain a deep understanding of business models and product workflows, translating complex business requirements into practical and scalable system solutions.

Lead business analysis activities, including process mapping, domain modeling, system architecture design, API integration planning, and data flow analysis.

Serve as the technical lead for key projects, working closely with Product, Operations, Development, QA, DevOps, and Data teams to ensure successful delivery.

Drive platformization initiatives, middle-platform development, and component-based architecture to enhance system reusability, scalability, and delivery efficiency.

Evaluate major requirements and proactively identify risks related to business logic, technology, data integrity, system performance, security, and production deployment.

Provide technical recommendations and innovative solutions to strengthen system capabilities and improve business operations.

Develop and maintain architecture documentation, business process flows, system interaction diagrams, and data flow diagrams.

Mentor and guide development teams in understanding business requirements and system designs, ensuring effective execution of complex projects.

About you

Proven experience in system architecture, solution architecture, or platform architecture roles.

Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design, distributed systems, and data flow management.

Experience with technologies such as MongoDB, message queues/middleware, Flink, access control, and data consistency strategies.

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional project leadership experience.

Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.

Ability to balance short-term business needs with long-term platform scalability and maintainability.

Experience in payment, wallet, trading, gaming, e-commerce, financial systems, risk control, user growth, or data platform environments is highly preferred.

Passionate about leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Codex, or similar technologies to enhance engineering productivity.
