Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to lead small to medium-sized construction and workplace projects, ensuring alignment with time, cost, quality and performance goals. You will manage project teams, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain governance across projects.

The role requires a degree in construction or related field, at least 5 years of international fit-out project experience, strong PM knowledge, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, PM, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in international fit-out projects.
• Strong PM concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Experience leading small to medium construction projects.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Define project success criteria and schedules.
• Develop and maintain detailed plans and schedules.
• Monitor finances with the quantity surveyor team.
• Manage change control and documentation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders and governance.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure compliance.
• Engage clients and consultants and identify new business opportunities.
